Personally, I think some of the most important and interesting pieces of information comes towards the end of Luis Elizondo´s presentation. For example, 27:30 minutes into the presentation (video), he says:
Time will be necessary to allow leadership proper awareness and assessment. You cannot digest a seven course meal in 10 minutes folks. It takes time. Some of you had decades involved in this. What you know to be a fact, people are just now hearing it for the very first time. As crazy as that may seem, it's true. For some folks the article that came out in The New York Times is the very first time they've ever actually even considered this topic. Let alone our leadership, let alone our lawmakers.I think those sentences are key in understanding what the New York Times AATIP-article, published on the 16th of December, 2017 + the associated UFO-videos, was all about. It was the first step in a careful and selective disclosure of the reality and truth about the UFO phenomena.
I write about this in my text in swedish, posted on 23th of August, 2018, "Tankar om bloggens innehåll såhär långt/Some thoughts on the blog's content so far."
And as I also write in the swedish text, there are understandable - but not necessarily right or ethical - reasons for the secrecy surrounding the UFO phenomena. The secrecy, or "FOIA exempt" that Elizondo is mentioning in his presentation, is not only for protecting the information from foreign states. I believe two of the strongest reasons for driving and keeping the secrecy of the UFO phenomena are 1) governments and militaries around the world do not have a clue how to control or defend against the UFOs, 2) the UFO phenomena is far more complex than anyone has been able to grasp, until, perhaps, fairly recently.
How do you tell the general public about the phenomena at Skinwalker Ranch? How do you tell the general public about people being abducted by someone or something against their will?
I am not saying that UFOs or the UFO phenomena constitutes a threat against humanity or the earth. Neither am I saying that UFOs are our saviors nor that the UFO phenomena is all benevolent.
Very few things in this world are black or white. If there is one thing I can say with certainty and integrity about the UFO phenomena, then it is that the UFO phenomena do not have any black or white answers or explanations.
How do you prepare and educate the general public about such a complex subject as the UFO phenomena? Where do you begin? What do you begin with?
You begin with stuff you know best and are the most familiar with. You begin with the stuff that is the easiest for most people to digest and handle. In our case, you start with the physical, nuts n´bolts, aspect of the UFO phenomena.
In today's world, in this point in history, I think the least traumatic information for the general public to get to know and adapt to, is the fact that not only are we not alone in the universe, but we are also visited by "others."
The preparation and education - careful and selective disclosure - of the general public on the UFO phenomena started on the 16/12, 2017.
There is more to come. Much more. We wanted the truth. Once we have and know the truth; are we going to be able to handle the truth of the UFO phenomena?
