Is the UFO secrecy ending? An interview with Richard Dolan.

"Richard Dolan Interview by Earth Mystery News (ACE 2018)." Published on Richard Dolan´s Youtube channel on the 22nd of July, 2018. Duration; 27:39 minutes.

Richard Dolan sits down with Earth Mystery News while at the 2018 ACE Conference.
“…There's always people within the intelligence community who have believed in the end of UFO secrecy, and I know this because I've spoken to them myself, and then there are people who are interested in maintaining that secrecy. There's never a monolithic entity we call the intelligence community - that does not exist - so you've got a variety of actors at work here…”

Why did the New York Times - which has a history of debunking and ridicule the UFO phenomena - break the story of Pentagon´s UFO program, AATIP, in december, 2017? And why now; why did the Pentagon confirm the reality of the UFO phenomenon at this moment in time after decades of denying interest in and the importance of the UFO phenomena?

Are presidents (of the United States of America) aware of the UFO phenomena? Or a more pertinent issue; if the president orders to be briefed about the UFO phenomena, is he or she actually going to get the relevant and crucial information?

Those are the questions that Richard Dolan is sharing his thoughts and opinions about in the first half of the interview.

In the second half of the interview, Dolan is mostly talking and speculating about the question of a secret space program, black budgets, missing trillions and other related issues to that question.

I would like to emphasis my belief that the New York Times articles about AATIP in december last year, was a confirmation of the reality and significance of the UFO phenomena from the Pentagon and Department of Defense (DoD). Especially the so called "Tic Tac" video is a way of the Pentagon to say "yes, UFOs are real and we take them very seriously."

But some elements in the ufo culture/community can not take a yes for an answer. Their knee jerk reactions to every bit of information that comes from "the dark side" (Pentagon, DoD, intelligence agencies, etc), are that it is mis- or desinformation, fake and lies.

Yes, being aware of "the dark side´s" way of handling the UFO phenomena through history, skepticism and even paranoia is understandable. At the same time; when evidence is right in front of your face - evidence you have been longing and shouting for! - you should take a deep breath and count for as long as you can before forming automatic assumptions and judgements about the information and data being fake or having some evil agenda behind it.

I think what Richard Dolan is saying about the intelligence community never being a monolithic entity, is very important to always keep in mind. "The dark side" is composed of different personalities with different values, opinions and goals. At this moment in time, for some unknown reasons, some of the people on "the dark side" wants to end the secrecy surrounding the UFO phenomena.

So yes, I really believe that the New York Times AATIP-articles and the UFO-videos - especially the "Tic Tac" video - was and is a confirmation of the UFO phenomena by a group of people on "the dark side."

And as Luis Elizondo and Hal Puthoff has said; there is more and better material than the "Tic Tac" video to come.

Enjoy and take care!

Janne
